Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ShipBasis. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and Shopify's applicable platform terms.

Service

ShipBasis lets merchants create rules that control the visibility of eligible delivery methods at Shopify checkout. Merchants are responsible for configuring and testing rules for their store, products, markets, and shipping strategy.

Billing

Paid charges are approved and processed through Shopify. Current pricing and trial information are shown before a merchant approves a subscription. Uninstalling the app ends future app use but does not reverse charges already incurred.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or Shopify policies.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ShipBasis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Merchants should test checkout behavior before relying on a shipping rule in production.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date. Access may be suspended for misuse or platform requirements.
